Certified translation of vehicle documents is required when registering a car imported from abroad. The Transport Department requires translation of the registration certificate, purchase agreement, and customs documents.

Which vehicle documents need translation?

Mandatory: foreign registration certificate, purchase agreement, purchase invoice. Optional: vehicle card, customs documents (SAD), vehicle inspection certificate, type approval certificate.
